Requirements
1. Pay Your Tuition Deposit
- To officially enroll, you must submit your deposit. .
PLEASE NOTE: Tuition deposit is regarded as the student鈥檚 commitment to the College and is required in order to guarantee a seat in the entering class. The tuition deposit is non-refundable.
2. Immigration Paperwork
- To obtain F-1 student status, complete the Application for a Form I-20 and submit using our secure upload at daemen.edu/IntDocUpload

3. Complete Student Health Form (PDF)
- Complete your mandatory Student Health Form. For more information email health@daemen.edu
- When completed, securely upload your health forms at daemen.edu/healthupload
- Records must be in English.
